All orders are subject to availability. In this particularly case, your order could be replaced by a similar product in accordance of the user’s needs; or the user have the option to cancel the order, receiving the total amount refund within 7 business days.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Once the shipping confirmation has bee sent, the product will be delivered to the address indicated by the user. Deliver times are approximate. All orders take between 1-2 days to be shipped. Usually all products are ready made and will be sent to you carefully wrapped. Instructions and other informations are included in the shipping package. Prices range from 5€ (Portugal) and 7€ (Europe), with the FREE pick up point - collect at the artist studio by appointment. Please get in touch to fix the best time schedule.
VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT) | INVOICES
The applicable VAT rate will be the one legally in force to the European Union tax rules. VAT will be automatically calculate, collect and add to checkout amount, in total accordance with the EU applicable law.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
By the European Union returns regulation, the costumer have 14 days to return or exchange the product. Please contact within: 14 days of delivery. The return items back within: 21 days of delivery. Do not accept cancellations.
RETURN SHIPMENT: Buyers are responsible for return costs. Please consider using a tracked service, as the loss of your parcel will be your responsibility, we cannot offer you a return or exchange in case of a lost parcel. Before returning the item, please email us at [email protected] and include the reason why you would like to return your item and if you would like an exchange or a refund. We will then inform you of the best way to return your product.
EXCHANGES: If you are unhappy about the size or color of your item, please contact by [email protected] before returning your item, to make sure we have the size or color you prefer in stock. The fastest way to exchange and secure your new product option is to put through a new order, then simply return the unwanted product within the 14 days of receipt for refund. Please consider the time it may take for your exchanged product, depending on where you live.
REFUNDS: Once your return item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification with the approval or rejection information. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days. PLEASE NOTE: The shipping charges paid are not refundable. If you use a discount coupon, the refund is based on the final paid amount.

DISCOUNT COUPON AND SHOP PARTNERS
The discount coupon code can be used more than once. The discount parcel can change, however will be between 5% to 15% off. If you are a Costumer and you have a coupon number means you received it from a public promotion or from our seller partners. This system allows to recognize witch partner belongs to proceed with the commission payments. If you are a Shop Partner, all the commissions accounts will be done between days 25-30 of each month. You will receive an email confirmation with the final numbers. You have 48 hours to confirm, correct or decline. After that time, you will receive the payment as agreed.
